EBMC Executives Travel to Japan for the Japan International Conference

Eugene Burger Management Corporation (EBMC) has fostered a 25 year friendship with real estate professionals.  The relationship began with a friendship with Mr. Noriaki Shiomi, CPM of Tokyo, Japan.  Stephen and Lori Burger met Noriaki at an Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) conference.  Over the years Noriaki visited EBMC a number of times followed by Japanese real estate professionals, universities and Japan organizations. During these many visits EBMC shared best business practices, U.S. industry real estate trends, technology and innovations and a fond bond was built with our Japanese friends. To show their love and admiration of EBMC and the Burger family, when Ms. Lori Burger, CPM was installed as the 2015 international president of the Institute of Real Estate Management over 60 Japanese real estate professionals attended her inaugural event held in Orlando, Florida in October of 2014. This year serving as the Institute of Real Estate Management's 2015 international President, Lori headed to Japan to represent the Institute of Real Estate Management at numerous professional events and speaking engagements.  While in Japan, Lori would installed 34 Certified Property Managers (CPM). Burger family including EBMC President Stephen Burger along with Eugene Burger and Shirley Burger owners of EBMC all accompanied her.  The Burger's were graciously hosted by the Japan IREM Chapter.  And with true Japanese hospitality, Mr. Noriaki Shiomi, CPM and his wife Caty, and Masayoshi Fugisawa, CPM, CCIM, CFP, President of Art Avenue Company and his wife Yoshi all treated the Burger's to a memorable Japanese experience which included sight seeing, shopping, unbelievable dining, Sumo Wrestling and high tea. The Burger's and EBMC are looking forward to upcoming visits from Noriaki and his entire family and Masayoshi and his spirited team from Art Avenue in the very near future.
