Lori Burger Named District Manager for Northern Nevada

ROHNERT PARK, CA--The Northern Nevada region of Eugene Burger Management Corporation has a new District Manager - Lori Burger, CPM, PCAM, CAM-SUPR. Burger, who is Senior Vice president of EBMC. Ms. Burger will oversee the daily operations of the district, which includes Reno and surrounding markets. EBMC has had a presence in the Reno - Tahoe area since 1978. Burger will oversee 26 office employees and 29 site professionals.

The Reno portfolio includes 13,378 HOA units for 42 clients; 339 tax-credit and market-rate apartment units; 537,037 square feet of office and retail space; and 89 single-family units. In addition to her new position, Burger will maintain her current duties, which includes her role as head of marketing and business development.

An 37-year veteran of EBMC, Burger has managed a full spectrum of real estate assets, including both single and multifamily, office, retail and medical office as well as common-interest developments and mini-storage. She has orchestrated numerous multi-million dollar renovations of community associations with great success. Burger recently served as 2015 international president for the Institute of Real Estate Management and is currently 2016 chair of the National Association of Realtors’ commercial committee.

In addition to these accomplishments, she was twice named IREM’s Certified Property Manager of the Year (two times) and has been inducted into that group’s Academy of Authors. She is also a recipient of the IREM Franklyn D. Lyons Award for Outstanding Career Service.

In addition to multiple certifications, Ms. Burger is icensed in Nevada and holds a real estate salesperson license and CAM. Additionally she holds a Nevada property management permit.

Update: June 20,2017, received the Nevada Real Estate Division certificate of CAM-SUPR.
