B.J. BrownAs Director of Community Association Management for the Northern Nevada District of Eugene Burger Management Corporation of Nevada, Ms. Brown is responsible for over sight of the homeowner association management operations provided by the company’s Reno District office. Ms. Brown has experience in all phases of association management from bringing start up communities on line, working with developers, taking associations through the transitional phase, developing and implementing successful training programs for staff and board members. Ms. Brown is known for her ability to deal with clients on all levels. She provides community association managers with the appropriate guidance, direction, training and follow-up.

In 1999, Ms. Brown completed the required course work to obtain the Community Association Management Specialist (CAM) and has her Supervisory designation. She has recently completed the 90-hour Real Estate class and is working to obtain her Real Estate License. She is also working towards her Associates Degree in Business Management. She is an active volunteer with Junior Achievements through the Northern Nevada Builders Association. She is committed to and has continued her endeavor to grow professionally on all levels.

As Director of Community Association Management, BJ reviews the manager work files to ensure compliance with state laws and policies of Eugene Burger Management Corporation. Her major contributions have been achieved by improving overall operations, developing and implementing training programs, in addition to providing a support base for employees, and creating a strong team environment while maintaining staff-motivation.

In 1999, Ms. Brown started her property management career with Eugene Burger Management. Over the years she has managed a diverse portfolio of properties that have included large condominium complexes, townhouses homeowner associations and is currently working with High Rises. She has developed a strong background in the maintenance and management as well as cost control.

Ms. Brown’s individual commitment to the service of the client, following of EBMC’s goals and objectives, and her continued education, is what helps make Eugene Burger Management Corporate a successful organization.
