September 7, 2015 - EBMC Senior Vice President - Lori Burger, CPM, was in Moscow, Russia this month representing the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), where she spoke at ProEstate International Real Estate Conference. The topic of the master class presentation was - Effective Development Strategies of Management Companies in a Changeable Market.
While in Russia, Ms. Burger installed twenty real estate professionals with the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) Certified Property Manager designation. Ms. Burger serves as the 2015 international president of the IREM and has traveled to Canada, France, Japan and China where she has spoken to real estate professionals about the value of the IREM education and the need to expand their knowledge by collaborating with like-minded professionals around the world.
Annually ProEstate Forum convenes more than 5,000 participants, among them international investors, authorities, heads of European and Russian cities, top managers of leading Russian and international companies, business communities and experts. This year the program focused on governmental policy in urban planning and development. Real Estate experts dissed ways to create comfortable living environment, attracting investment into real estate, funding of residential construction, possibilities to reduce administrative barriers for developers.
