Eugene Burger Management Corporation and Kelly McKenzie have been managing our property at 5011 Meadowood Mall Way, Reno for over 10 years. This is a family owned property with all members living in California, so the day to day tenant and cost issues are impossible to manage remotely. Andersen Place Associates recently closed a refinancing of its properties with a life insurance company. The effort was intense and required a lot of effort on everyone's part to gather and present all of the information required by the lender. Much of the burden for this fell on Ted Donaldson, Karen Short, Wanda Yost, Karen FitzGerald and Maureen Stroub. In all cases they were terrific in gathering all the stuff accurately and completely, and cheerfully. They were great! You know what top-flight people you have.
