How do I secure the home I applied for?
You can secure your prospective apartment or home by paying the deposit ASAP after receiving notice of application approval!
Please understand that the home will not be taken off the market until you pay your deposit. Once received, we will prepare your lease for you to review and sign.

Is it possible to do a month to month lease?
A month-to-month lease is an agreement between a landlord and a tenant that establishes occupancy without a specific end date. Each month, the lease automatically renews until either the landlord or tenant gives proper notice to end the contract.

What utilities will I be responsible for?
Utilities may be set up in a variety of ways, depending on where you live and the wishes of the property owner.

Do I need Renter's Insurance for my new home?
Renters insurance is similar in scope to homeowners insurance, with the exception that it does not provide coverage for the dwelling itself or other structures.
