Effective January 1, 2025, Eugene Burger Management Corporation started managing and leasing The Atrium at 255 W. Moana Lane, Reno, NV.

The Atrium is centrally located off of Moana and South Virginia, across from the City of Reno Aquatic Center. It is a 26,164 square-foot, two-story office/medical building with a beautiful open central common area. The tenant mix includes insurance, Pilates, accounting services, home health care, mediation, a Neuropathy clinic, Chiropractic services, and a general office.
