November 2023, a California-based company specializing in developing single-family homes has purchased 8 acres in Northeast Reno.  The tract will be developed in 2024 with 74 single-family homes.  The homes will have a small footprint coupled with high-end finishes and will be the first of its kind here in Reno—the project is to commence construction in 2024.  

Lori Burger, CPM, Nevada Real Estate Licensee #13005, represented the buyer in this acquisition and EBMC has been engaged to facilitate leasing and property management activities.
